3. Accounts

A valid email address is required.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
Dashboard access requires an active subscription.
We may suspend accounts in case of misuse or legal violations.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Subscriptions are processed via Stripe.
Plans, limits and pricing are shown on the pricing page.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
Cancellation is possible anytime via Stripe portal or dashboard.
Access remains active until the end of the billing period.
Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. User Content & License

You must own or have rights to uploaded content.
You are responsible for compliance with copyright and platform policies.
You retain ownership of your content.
You grant a limited license to process content solely to provide the service.

6. Prohibited Use

Illegal or rights-infringing content.
Platform abuse, reverse engineering, or exploitation.
Automated scraping or overload attempts.

7. Intellectual Property

The AI Voice Reels platform, templates, design and branding remain the intellectual property of Visionbridge GmbH.

8. Availability & Modifications

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be updated or discontinued.

9. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visionbridge GmbH shall not be liable for indirect damages or lost profits.

10. Governing Law

These AI Voice Reels terms of service are governed by Austrian law. Jurisdiction shall be the competent court in Klagenfurt am Wörthersee, unless mandatory consumer protection rules apply.
